Mega-Evolved Kanto Pokemon!

So I went to the Pokemon X and Y site to see if there was any new updates. Turns out you can chose a Kanto Starter AND they have given them a mega evolution. What does this mean? Well if they gave blaziken a mega form that must mean there giving ALL the starters ones right? Maybe, I would love to see a mega Sceptile or a Mega Typhlosion as long as they dont make them look stupid :/
